You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, fault finding, and planned preventative maintenance across a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime, efficiency, and production performance.
Non‑Negotiable Requirements of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer
* Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
* Hands‑on experience with planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance in a fast‑paced factory environment.
* Previous experience working within food manufacturing or FMCG production environments.
Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer
* Strong hands‑on electrical fault‑finding experience.
* Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
* Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and engineering standards within production environments.
Desirable Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer
* Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within UK manufacturing.
* Exposure to automated production and packaging equipment.
* Experience working nights within a manufacturing environment.
