The Opportunity ASD Solicitors have been involved in personal injury litigation for more than 40 years. From out permanent base on Ecclesall Road we have recovered hundreds of millions of pounds for our clients. We are now looking for an in-house Digital Growth Specialist to manage and scale our two distinct brands.
Two Brands, One Goal:
* ASD Solicitors: Our established brand for lower-value, high-volume claims where efficiency and local SEO dominance are key.
* Major Trauma Lawyers: Our specialist brand (majortraumalawyers.com) focused on catastrophic, life-changing injury claims that require sophisticated, trust-based digital marketing.
The Role This is not a \"social media\" role. We need a technical marketer who understands the mechanics of SEO and PPC and can translate that into Business Development. You will have the autonomy to move us away from agency reliance and \"own\" our digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities
* Dual-Brand SEO: Optimise ASD for local \"high-intent\" Sheffield searches while positioning Major Trauma Lawyers as a national authority for serious injury.
* PPC Management: Manage our Google Ads budget with a focus on high Quality Scores and low acquisition costs.
* Business Development: Use data to identify new growth areas and ensure our \"Face-to-Face\" service remains the first choice for South Yorkshire.
* Technical Integrity: Ensure our legacy (over 40 years) and local presence are reflected in our Google Business Profile and organic rankings.
Who You Are
* You have a proven track record in SEO and Lead Generation (Law or Professional Services experience is a major advantage).
* You understand that legal marketing is highly competitive and requires a meticulous approach to \"Quality Score\" and compliance.
* You are based in or near Sheffield and value working for a firm with deep local roots.
