An elite law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Associate with a strong background in Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions to join its thriving New York office.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile, complex transactions alongside a market-leading team that advises both financial sponsors and strategic players across a wide range of industries.
What You'll Do:
1. Advise on sophisticated M&A and private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts, sell-side deals, growth equity, and minority investments
2. Represent both financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers in a wide range of strategic transactions
3. Work closely with clients and colleagues across offices in a highly collaborative environment
What We're Looking For:
4. 4+ years of relevant M&A and/or private equity experience at a top-tier law firm
5. Strong deal experience, particularly involving financial sponsors and complex transactional structures
6. Admitted to the New York Bar
7. Highly motivated, commercially minded, and confident managing deals with limited supervision
