This is a key opportunity for a confident and client-focused solicitor who can independently manage a varied caseload and, ideally, support the wider team with supervision or leadership responsibilities. The Role: You’ll handle a wide range of private client matters including: - Wills and inheritance tax planning - Probate and estate administration - Lasting Powers of Attorney - Court of Protection applications - Trusts and elderly client matters - You’ll have the opportunity to help develop the team and take a lead in maintaining client relationships and delivering high-quality legal services.
