WearecurrentlyrecruitingCustomerServiceAdvisorsforourOutofHoursServiceontheLincolnshireCountyCouncilcontract;youwillbethefirstpointofcontactforemergencycallsrelatingtoAdult'sandChildren'sSocialCare.Youwillbedealingwithcallsfromprofessionals(e.g.PoliceandHealthServices),andfromMembersofthePublic.Thecallswillbeofasensitivenature,andyouwillberequiredtogatherandprocessinformationefficientlyandaccurately.
AswellasSocialCarecalls,youwillalsotakecallsaboutDistrictCouncilServices(e.g.CouncilHousingRepairs)andotherlocalservicesincludingLibrariesandHeritageenquiries.
