We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Software Development team. This role is hands-on and focused on building, maintaining, and improving high-quality mobile applications used across different business areas. You will work closely with Product, QA, and Backend teams, contributing to stable, scalable, and well-architected mobile solutions.
Quality, stability, and maintainability are key priorities for this role, alongside delivering roadmap features in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using .NET MAUI and/or React Native
2. Actively contribute to day-to-day development through clean, maintainable, and testable code
3. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and promoting best practices
4. Support architecture decisions and technical improvements, appropriate to experience level
5. Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Backend teams across multiple systems and backends
6. Ensure high standards of application quality, performance, and stability
7. Contribute to CI/CD processes, including Azure pipelines, build automation, and release workflows
8. Assist in mentoring less experienced developers where appropriate
9. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
10. Commercial experience as a Software Engineer in mobile application development
11. Strong knowledge of .NET MAUI and/or React Native
12. Experience working with REST APIs and JSON-based Web APIs
13. Understanding of mobile application architecture and lifecycle
14. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably in Azure DevOps
15. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
16. Strong focus on code quality, stability, and long-term maintainability
17. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
18. Experience with Prism (MVVM, navigation, dependency injection)
19. Exposure to Azure services, beyond CI/CD
20. Experience working with warehouse or logistics-related systems
21. Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools in Visual Studio
22. Knowledge of performance optimization and debugging in mobile applications
