An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time, permanent receptionist/data inputter to join the Integrated Drug Service (IDS) within Aberdeen City’s Health & Social Care Partnership. The role involves providing comprehensive reception support to the IDS team. This position is based at the Timmermarket Clinic.
Candidates should possess English Nat 5 / Standard Grade or equivalent, along with keyboard/data input skills for regular use of computer systems.
Previous reception and data entry experience, with good typing skills and proficiency in Excel/Outlook, is essential. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required. The role suits an enthusiastic, motivated individual who enjoys working in a busy department.
Interviews will take place on 18 September 2025.
