About the role In this role, you will provide essential technical and administrative support to the operational delivery team. Based at the client’s site, you will act as a key point of contact, helping to manage day-to-day service delivery while ensuring compliance, accuracy and excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include coordinating access to support statutory compliance, maintaining the CAFM system to ensure data integrity, and progressing tasks from start to completion. You will also assist with financial administration, including quotes and invoice support, and play a key role in audit preparation and reporting.
