Job Title: Commissioning Engineer\nLocation: Reading, Berkshire\nSalary/Benefits: £28k - £55k + Training & Benefits\n\nWe are recruiting for a Commissioning Engineer to join a busy, well-established Commissioning specialist who have client contracts along the M4 corridor. They are ideally looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running and utilise their expertise to provide excellent and thorough technical services. The company is a well-regarded outfit who have a strong presence in the South East of England and an experienced workforce.
Salaries are competitive and benefits include: overtime opportunities and the use of a company vehicle.\n\nClient sites are based around: Reading, Bracknell, Camberley, Woking, Slough, Aldershot, Farnham, Basingstoke, Thatcham, Didcot, High Wycombe, Maidstone, Harrow, Wembley, Twickenham, Kingston upon Thames, Epsom, Sutton, Mitcham, Croydon, Redhill, Guildford, Andover, Winchester, Eastleigh, Hook, Cranleigh, Salisbury, Swindon.\n\nExperience / Qualifications:\n- Will have strong experience undertaking the commissioning of HVAC / Water / Air systems\n- It would be beneficial to hold CSA grades\n- Excellent technical knowledge, including CIBSE guidelines\n- Driven and hardworking attitude\n- Good literacy and numeracy skills\n- Comfortable using IT applications to complete reports\n\nThe Role:\n- Completing the Commissioning of Water / Air and HVAC systems across a mix of construction, new build and fit out sites \n- Completing commissioning reports and witnessing (if able to) \n- Balancing of AHU, supply & extract, MVHR, closed heated/ chilled systems \n- Calibrating and maintaining site equipment\n- Attending client sites to discuss requirements and to provide technical advice\n- Pricing for works and issuing quotations to clients\n- Working to agreed deadlines\n- Travelling in line with company requirements\n\nFuture Select are recruiting in the Compliance / Environmental industry, including: Commissioning / LEV / Critical Air / Clean Air / Air Hygiene / Fire Safety; we work with the best clients & candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the market.\n\nWe would be interested in speaking to candidates with experience in any disciplines from Risk Assessors, Service Engineers, Account Managers and Business Development/Operational Managers through to Director level. \n\nFuture Select Copyright 2025
