A global manufacturer has an exciting new opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their site in the Wrexham area. The position has been made available due to the current Continuous Improvement Manager retiring from the business in November. Ideally, they would like a transition period with the current manager prior to him leaving the business. You will have full autonomy in the implementation and development of systems and processes. Summary for the Continuous Improvement Manager:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead and create an environment for a Continuous Improvement culture on site. Identify opportunities, lead, and manage all aspects of CI across the engineering and production functions to deliver improved results and sustainability.
