Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant or Trainee Golf Professional to join our team at SpecialTee Golf, based at Hastings Golf Club. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for golf, strong people skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the profession.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has a keen interest in golf and a desire to pursue a career in the industry
* Enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent customer service
* Is reliable, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Shows initiative, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
* Is open to developing your skills in coaching, retail, and golf operations
* Has flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays as required
* Previous experience in golf (playing, coaching, retail, or operations) is an advantage, but not essential – training and support will be provided for the right candidate
