* Delivering a high-quality experience to internationally mobile employees and the business.* Responsible for managing all phases of assignment/transfer life-cycle for employees of all levels, including conducting move briefings, documentation and costings, partnering with vendors, systems and payroll.* The role has global reach, requiring partnership across multiple markets, including HR, talent engagement, reward, tax, payroll and external vendors.* Provide pro-active consulting and advisory partnership across the business on all aspects of GM as the subject matter expert.* Ensure that GM policies and processes are followed consistently and compliantly, with active management of exceptions.* Focus on operational excellence and data accuracy.* Involvement in ad-hoc projects such as operational efficiency, policy review and technology enhancements, with a focus on continuous improvement.* Global mobility experience primarily in an in-house GM function in a global matrix organisation.* Strategic mindset with ability to identify and lead change.* Comfortable working across the breadth of GM activity with good technical knowledge, including immigration, tax, systems and payroll.* Collaborative approach with strong problem solving skills.* An adaptable and flexible approach.
