We’re looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced and growing business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, social media, and direct channels – driving leads, building brand visibility, and supporting business growth.

What you’ll be doing:
* Creating and managing multi-channel digital campaigns to generate quality leads.
* Running Google Ads and SEO strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
* Leading engaging email campaigns and broker marketing initiatives.
* Supporting sponsorship and event marketing activity to maximise brand exposure.
* Analysing campaign performance and making data-driven improvements.
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or financial services setting.
* Confident with Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools.
* A creative, hands-on marketer with strong analytical and communication skills.
* Someone who thrives in a busy, energetic office environment.
