This respected regional firm is now seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ–3 years PQE) to join its growing and busy property department. Chelmsford, EssexSALARY:? £40,000 to £50,000 DOE and interview performanceThe RoleThis is an outstanding opportunity for a recently qualified to mid-level solicitor with a passion for commercial property law. You will work closely with senior solicitors and partners on a varied caseload that includes:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions
* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences, and related agreements
* Development work including site acquisitions and disposals
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Supporting on high-value or complex commercial transactions
* Providing advice to SMEs, investors, and developers
About You
* You will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with between NQ to 3 years PQE
* Strong grounding in commercial property law from a recognised private practice firm
* A client-focused, commercially aware approach
* Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
