Responsibilities
* Own and manage all social channels: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
* Create and publish engaging content that connects with the community.
* Respond to comments and messages, building real relationships with the audience.
* Collaborate with creatives to source and brief assets (photo, video, graphics).
* Track performance and tweak content to boost reach and engagement.
* Spot trends and keep the brand culturally relevant.
* Run the affiliate program, keeping partners active and supported.
* Recruit new affiliates, creators, and micro‑influencers.
* Handle product seeding, content requests, and day‑to‑day comms.

Qualifications
* 3–5+ years in social media and Affiliate Marketing.
* Experience creating and scheduling content across key platforms.
* Familiarity with affiliate platforms like AWIN, Rakuten, Impact, etc.
* Basic content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
* Analytical mindset — you know how to turn data into action.
