Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our busy team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating property sales, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. As a key member of our team, you will utilise your skills to build relationships with clients and contribute to the overall success of our agency.
Duties
* Conduct viewings of properties for potential buyers and tenants, showcasing their features and benefits.
* Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences in order to provide tailored property recommendations.
* Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including pricing trends and competitor activity.
* Handle administrative tasks related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Skills
* Proven experience (minimum of 12 months) is essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for interacting with clients and colleagues effectively.
