We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Contracts Scheduler to play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from point of sale through to completion. This is a pivotal position acting as the central link between sales, survey, installation, finance, and customer service teams. The successful candidate will ensure every contract is accurately managed, carefully scheduled, and fully tracked through our CRM system. Key Responsibilities Contract Oversight: Manage all incoming contracts, confirm deposit payments, check documentation for accuracy, and ensure CRM records are consistently updated. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to address and resolve any contract queries or discrepancies promptly and professionally. Programme Coordination: Arrange and schedule surveys and installations, collaborating with surveyors, installers, and customers to ensure efficient diary management. Installation Documentation: Prepare and distribute complete installation packs, ensuring all relevant paperwork and delivery details are included. CRM Management: Keep thorough and precise records at every stage of the contract process, maintaining full visibility from start to finish. Client Liaison: Serve as a key contact for customers, providing regular updates and delivering a seamless, positive experience throughout their project.
