A growing workplace design studio is looking to add a Junior Interior Designer to the team.
This is a supporting role within an established design function, ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure across the full design process in a Design & Build environment.
You’ll be working closely with senior designers, contributing across concept development, visuals and technical drawings, gaining hands-on experience on live workplace projects.
The role:
You’ll support on:
Space planning, layouts and early-stage design concepts
Producing 2D drawing packages in AutoCAD
Creating 3D visuals using SketchUp or PCon
Supporting presentations and client-facing material
General design development from concept through to delivery What they’re looking for:
1–3 years’ experience within interior design (ideally workplace or commercial)
A strong design eye with an interest in workplace environments
Proficiency in:
AutoCAD (essential)
SketchUp or PCon (for 3D visuals)
Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
Someone proactive, keen to learn and comfortable supporting across multiple stages of a project This role offers a solid foundation within a hands-on D&B environment, with exposure that typically takes longer to gain in more siloed studios
