We are seeking a talented and passionate Self Employed Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while showcasing their creativity and expertise in hair styling. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through various hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior stylists and contribute to a positive salon environment.
Duties
* Provide high-quality hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
* Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide professional advice on hair care and styling.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised.
* Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
* Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and promote salon offerings.
* Mentor junior stylists by sharing techniques, tips, and best practices for skill development.
* Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Qualifications
* Valid hairdressing qualification
* At least 2 years experience in the industry.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
* Experience in barbering is an advantage but not essential.
* Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated.
* A passion for the beauty industry with a keen eye for trends and styles.

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
