From ensuring homes are safe and well-maintained to driving improvements that enhance comfort and energy efficiency, every decision you make will have a visible impact on families and individuals living in our homes. With properties concentrated in the East Midlands, you’ll spend less time travelling and more time delivering projects that matter.
Responsibilities
* Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary team of surveyors and trade operatives
* Overseeing reactive repairs, voids, and planned works programmes (kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, windows, energy efficiency upgrades)
* Acting as Principal Contractor under CDM regulations, ensuring health & safety compliance
* Managing budgets, contractors, and supply chains to deliver value for money
* Driving service improvements through performance monitoring and engaging with residents to ensure their needs are met
* Handling complex cases such as disrepair and compliance issues, always keeping the customer experience at the heart of decision-making
