Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to the New Homes Sales Teams on site
2. Perform general administration duties regarding the sale of houses on site
3. Liaise with contractors, legal departments, and production departments
4. Input data accurately
5. Compile competitor information
About you:
1. Experienced sales administrator with a passion for new homes
2. Professional and confident in all interactions
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Attention to detail
5. Experience in the property or house builder sector, including knowledge of customer extras, colour choices, and specifications
6. Good IT skills; COINS (preferred but not essential) and Outlook
