The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior‑to‑mid level marketing professional (2–4 years experience) who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, content creation, and marketing analytics within a global software business.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and campaign performance across international markets. Working hours would be 11:00am – 7:00pm (to support the USA team).
Pay: £26,000.00–£30,000.00 per year
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage content across digital channels including social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates
* Plan, schedule, and optimise social media content and engagement
* Create and execute email marketing campaigns and track performance
* Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign strategy
* Analyse marketing performance (website traffic, campaign metrics, engagement) and suggest improvements
* Support international marketing activities including webinars, campaigns, and events
* Maintain marketing assets, CRM/database updates, and assist with inbound lead qualification
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications
What We’re Looking For
* 2–4 years experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
* Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp/HubSpot), or social media tools
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
* Analytical mindset with interest in data‑driven marketing
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
