Project Manager - HVAC Specialist Technical Role
A leading provider of bespoke HVAC solutions is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee HVAC installation and refurbishment projects across the South of England. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with engineering or site experience who thrives on coordination, leadership, and delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities
* Lead HVAC projects from planning through to completion
* Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors for efficient delivery
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules
* Conduct risk assessments and produce method statements
* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high standards
* Monitor project revenue and report to senior leadership
* Promote safety and compliance across all sites
* Manage site engineers, resource allocation, and holiday planning
Our Offer
* Salary: £39,000 - £47,000 depending on experience
* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
* Location: South of England, with travel to client sites

Essential Criteria
* GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4-5 or above)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects
* Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
* Proven experience in project engineering/management
* Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and business KPIs
Desirable Criteria
* HNC/HND in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
* SMSTS/SSSTS and IOSH Managing Safely certification
* HVAC systems and controls experience
* Familiarity with AutoCAD and CDM regulations
* Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
* Understanding of procurement and cost control
