Overview
This role supports the processing and publication of student academic results and advises students on the Rules of Assessment and associated policies. Four full‑time assistants are required.
Responsibilities
* Provide the first point of contact for assessment queries from students.
* Compose detailed outcome emails related to students’ results.
* Support core administrative functions of the Exam Boards Team during the peak Exam Board and results season.
* Work closely with the specialist Assessment Team.
* Maintain and update bespoke databases and record systems.
* Ensure accurate, timely delivery of tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* IT skills with competency in bespoke databases and record systems.
* Ability to provide excellent customer service and respond to high volumes of enquiries.
* Administrative experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build productive working relationships with a wide range of people and teams.
