Important Note: This is not a virtual-only position. Candidates must be prepared to conduct in-person evaluations and attend meetings as needed, with a requirement of being on-site at least 50% of the time each month.

Your Responsibilities
* Conduct in-person evaluations: Perform psychoeducational, functional, or behavioral assessments to support student needs.
* Timely report writing: Create compliant reports based on assessment data to ensure accurate documentation.
* Direct student services: Provide counseling, behavioral supports, and consultation to enhance student well-being.
* Collaborate with teams: Work with multidisciplinary teams on eligibility and IEP development to support student success.
* Participate in meetings: Engage in IEP, eligibility, and intervention meetings, both in-person and virtually.
* Maintain records: Keep accurate records and adhere to state and federal timelines for compliance.

What We’re Looking For
* Valid Oregon license: Hold a relevant certification (e.g., School Psychologist, LCSW, SPED Evaluator).
* K12 experience: Previous experience working with K12 students is preferred.
* Knowledge of IDEA: Strong understanding of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and evaluation procedures.
* Independent and flexible: Comfortable working independently across various school environments.

Working Conditions
* This position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
* Employment is for the duration of the school year, following the academic calendar.
* Work will be based on-site in Newport Heights, TX.
