Looking to take the next step in your commercial legal career? Join a supportive, high-performing in-house legal team where you'll work closely with senior counsel, build your commercial expertise, and play a key role in enabling business growth across the UK & Ireland.
We're looking for a confident, detail-driven Paralegal with a passion for commercial law and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What You'll Be Doing
Commercial & Business Support

* Support teams with day-to-day client and candidate legal queries.
* Deliver training and guidance to business leaders and operational teams.
Corporate Legal Support
* Review and refine internal corporate contracts and documentation.
* Interpret complex contracts, legislation, and regulatory requirements - turning them into clear, pragmatic advice for non-legal stakeholders.
General Legal Responsibilities
* Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and case developments.
* Conduct legal research for the Managing Legal Counsel and wider team.
* Help organise, manage, and maintain contract records and legal documentation.
* Uphold the organisation's values, ethics, and commitment to doing the right thing.
What You'll Bring
* 1-2 years' experience as a commercial contracts paralegal or in a similar in-house role.
* A law degree (desirable but not essential).
* Solid working knowledge of commercial contracts and legal principles.
* Ability to provide clear, practical, commercially minded legal advice.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Why You'll Love This Role
* Work directly with senior legal leaders and gain exposure to high-quality, varied work.
* Join a collaborative, friendly legal team that prioritises professional development.
* Make a real impact across both business operations and corporate functions.
* Build commercial expertise that will accelerate your long-term legal career.
