About the Role To safeguard Selwood's regulatory compliance and strengthen governance by maintaining robust policy frameworks, monitoring adherence to applicable laws and standards, and driving continuous improvement with policy owners. The postholder ensures our policies meet the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) consumer and economic standards, supports assurance to Board and Executive, and champions a positive compliance culture that protects customers and the organisation.
