As the L&D Manager, you will develop and deliver learning solutions aligned with business goals, partnering with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous development.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programmes
* Conduct training needs analysis
* Create individual development plans with managers and employees
* Support performance management, coaching, and leadership development
* Monitor and report on L&D KPIs
* Stay updated with learning and HR trends
* Manage relationships with external providers
* Promote inclusion and accessibility
About You
* CIPD Level 5 Qualified (or working towards Level 7)
* Experience in a generalist HR role
* Strong facilitation and communication skills
* Proactive, adaptable, solutions-focused
* Ability to build trust and collaborate
