You will need to be resident in the local area and hold a full UK driving licence and car. Requirements for a successful IT Service Desk Analyst Experience in a similar role providing 1st-level support Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems and applications including Teams, OneDrive, Copilot & SharePoint. Strong hardware diagnostics and fault-finding experience. Basic Citrix/ Azure Virtual Desktop administration and understanding of LAN/WAN. Excellent customer service and communication skills essential. Full UK driving licence and daily use of own car.
