Sytner Jaguar Land Rover Bristol is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Sales Administrator to join their team.
About the role
As a Sales Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the sales team, assisting with file auditing, trade transfers, and other ad-hoc duties. You will work closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department, and management team, ensuring excellent customer service by promptly handling incoming enquiries.
Our Sales Administrators may work flexible hours, including weekends, to ensure high levels of customer service.
About you
Previous administrative experience and proficient IT skills are advantageous, but industry experience is not required. We seek individuals committed to delivering excellent customer service, who thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment. Being highly organized, confident, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile is essential. A passion for prioritizing customer satisfaction is crucial.
Please note that candidates must have prior Sales Administrator experience as a minimum requirement.
