The F&B supervisor will support the Food and Beverage Manager in the day-to-day running of the bar outlets, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and compliance with licensing laws. Here’s what the role is all about We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our Food & Beverage operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the team on shift, ensuring excellent service standards, and creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will act as a role model for the team, supporting colleagues, maintaining high service standards and ensuring operations run smoothly during busy service periods. Team Leadership Supervise and support the Food & Beverage team during service Lead shifts and ensure smooth daily operations Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members Assist with training and onboarding of new staff Promote a positive and supportive team culture Guest Experience Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction Handle guest queries, feedback and complaints professionally Lead by example to maintain high service standards Operations Support the planning and organisation of service across restaurant, bar or events areas Ensure correct setup and presentation of service areas Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs Assist with opening and closing procedures Compliance & Standards Ensure health & safety, food safety and hygiene standards are maintained Follow company policies and procedures Support compliance with licensing regulations What We’re Looking For A natural leader who enjoys supporting and motivating others Someone who thrives in a busy hospitality environment A passion for delivering great guest experiences A team player with a hands-on approach Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar hospitality environment.
