Who we’re looking for
* 5+ years’ PQE commercial property solicitor
* Experience handling a mixed caseload of landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, development, commercial leases, and property finance
* Background in national or regional firms — high street and larger firm backgrounds are equally welcomed
* Entrepreneurial and proactive approach to practice development
* Strong client management skills and a collaborative mindset
* Keen to take an active role in business development and mentoring junior colleagues
