Holdens Law Ltd are seeking an experienced Private Client Administrator to join a very well-established law firm that provides a high-quality legal service with offices in Kendal and Lancaster. This is a permanent position where you’ll be joining the friendly, supportive but very busy Private Client team to be based at our Kendal office.
Both full time and part time applications considered with competitive salaries depending on experience. Employee benefits include hybrid working, along with genuine opportunities for progressionwithin the firm. This position has arisen due to organic growth of the department.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Private Client Department to provide support to our Fee Earners on a broad range of Private Client work.
* Effective administration of the Files. This includes Matter Opening, Matter Closing, Matter Archiving and data updates during the course of a matter.
* Production and Filing of documents, copies, emails and scans as required.
* Assisting with the drafting of Wills and other documents as instructed by the Fee Earner
* Telephone call handling
* Management of meetings for Fee Earners when requested
Some experience of working within a Private Client team is essential and there are excellent prospects for the right candidate.
