Multi Skilled Operative - £32,792 - £36,699 - Guilford, GU1 1QE An opportunity has arisen to join this highly motivated Housing repairs team, which is responsible for carrying out approximately 20,000 repairs to council properties every year. You should have considerable experience of building maintenance in all areas of work (excluding gas, electrics and decorating works). The ideal candidate should be competent to carry out day – day repairs and complete bathroom and kitchen refits to council properties.
