Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced People Partner to help drive our people strategy and support the full colleague lifecycle across the organisation. You’ll work closely with line managers to provide expert guidance on people matters and ensure fair, consistent and values-led leadership across the business.
This is a permanent, full time position working hybrid - Monday and Friday from home and Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in the Bingley office.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Advise and coach line managers on policies, procedures, and best practice—ensuring colleagues are supported with fairness and in alignment with our company values.
- Partner across all aspects of the colleague lifecycle, including capability and performance, L&D, recruitment, reward, engagement and wellbeing.
- Champion people analytics and HR systems, using data to generate insights that improve and inform decision-making and organisational effectiveness.
- Lead and support people-focused change initiatives, positively contributing to our culture while bringing fresh ideas and insights from both internal and external best practice.
- Build commercial awareness of market trends, competitors and emerging workforce challenges to help guide strategic people priorities.
- Stay up to date on employment legislation and apply this knowledge to reduce risk and ensure compliance across the organisation.
Skills & Experience:
An ideal candidate will bring previous experience in similar role within a dynamic, multi-area organisation, with strong expertise in employee relations and broad generalist responsibilities. CIPD qualified Level 5 or greater. They will be approachable, confident and skilled at building strong relationships, with the ability to gain trust and influence at all levels.
