We are seeking to appoint an excellent Intervention Manager to join our Secondary Achievement Centre Team from September. Our school is looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive individual to ensure HLC is welcoming and effective for our young people and community. This post is suitable for experienced Intervention Manager who will enjoy working as part of a large school wide team. You will need excellent communication skills, a high attention to detail, and able maintain close communication with class teachers and subject leaders. You will provide the achievement wellbeing team with support as well as promote the inclusion and acceptance of all students, ensuring they have equal opportunities to learn and develop. We would expect you to show tolerance of and respect for the rights of others. You will also have free use of our health and fitness Centre, four-court sports hall and 25-metre indoor swimming pool.
