Job Title: One to One Tutor/Teacher Location: South East England, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated One to One Tutor/Teacher to join our team in South East England, specifically in Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes. This is a permanent position with Full-Time hours, focusing on providing high-quality educational support to students. Job Duties: Deliver personalised one-to-one tutoring sessions to students Create tailored learning plans based on individual student needs Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Provide feedback to students and parents on academic performance Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Proven experience in tutoring or teaching role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching or tutoring experience Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of educational principles and practises Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs Proficient in assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience working with students with special educational needs All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
