Healthcare Policy Executive
Salary:From £27,200 + benefits (dependant on location and experience)
Location status:Hybrid
Location:Salford or Staines
Contract Type:Permanent
Shift pattern:Full-time, Monday to Friday

You’ll be part of our Healthcare Policy Team, supporting colleagues across the business with expert guidance and clear, accessible policy information. Whether it’s helping our Contact Centre teams explain policies to customers or supporting the development of new policy materials, your work will help ensure our customers get the clarity and care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Policy Executive, you’ll:

* Manage incoming requests for policy clarification, changes, complaints, and escalations.
* Support the development and implementation of healthcare policies, including financial data analysis and impact assessments.
* Create and deliver clear, supportive materials to help colleagues understand and explain our policies.
* Provide expert guidance and training to teams across the business.
* Help explain the rationale behind policy decisions to support customer conversations.
* Track progress on key operational goals and projects within the Policy Team.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who’s confident working with detail, but always keeps the bigger picture in mind. You’ll need to be:

* Skilled in analysing data and identifying root causes.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
* A strong communicator – both written and verbal – who can explain complex ideas clearly.
* Knowledgeable about medical and clinical data sources.
* Experienced in project management (desirable but not essential).
* A natural problem-solver with a proactive, can-do attitude.
