This is a chance to join a leading defence and technology organisation in a growing team. We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to join our client in a pivotal role that offers hybrid working options, this will be hybrid working in the Reading area with occasional UK travel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contract and commercial Management : Lead the day-to-day operations of key business contracts, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
* Growth : Support and manage both UK-based and international markets, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
* Team Leadership : Guide and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
* Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and drive business success.
* Strategic Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain and Operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
* Continuous Improvement : Champion initiatives for continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices throughout the business.

* Proven experience in managing contracts.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* A strategic thinker who can balance operational management with long-term business growth.
* Eligible for security clearance if not already cleared.
