ABOUT YOU
* Recent and relevant Machine Shop Team Leading / Supervisory experience.
* Experience with precision measurement instruments.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Strong math skills for measurements and calculations.
* A flexible approach to adapt to changing and challenging requirements.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
* Ability to remain focused on Quality and emphasize its importance to others.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
