EYFS Teacher – Reception
Location: Spilsby, Lincolnshire
Start Date: ASAP (February)
Contract: Full-time, temporary
Salary: £32,916 – £45,351 per annum (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)
About the Role
Are you a passionate EYFS Teacher looking for a rewarding Nursery/Reception class role where you can truly make a difference?
Heart of Supply is delighted to be working closely with a lovely primary school in Spilsby to recruit a nurturing and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to take on a mixed Nursery/Reception class on a full-time, temporary basis, starting as soon as possible. This role offers consistency, stability and the opportunity to really get to know your class.
You’ll play a key role in giving children a positive and confident start to their education, creating a warm, safe and engaging learning environment where pupils can thrive through play, exploration and well-structured routines. This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong relationships, support early development and be part of a welcoming school community.

What You Will Need
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Recent experience teaching in EYFS (minimum of 6 weeks in a UK school)
* A secure understanding of the EYFS framework
* A warm, nurturing approach and genuine passion for early childhood development
* Creative and engaging teaching ideas that promote learning through play
* Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt confidently to new environments
