What will you do as Sales Manager
Proactively identify and secure new business through meetings, negotiations, trade shows, and site inspections.
Be responsible for achieving budgeted revenues and personal/team sales goals and assist in maximising profitability.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive room, meeting, and F&B sales.
Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust sales strategies and capture opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver effective sales campaigns.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Represent the hotel at local and international events to enhance brand visibility.
Maintain a positive, dynamic approach to achieve sales targets and support team success.
