Business Fleet Account Assistant ​ As our Business Fleet Account Assistant, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps our operations running seamlessly. By managing day-to-day administration, you’ll give our Lease & Business Development Manager (LBDM) more time to grow relationships and expand our customer base. Your mission: deliver seamless service for our TGB partners, brokers, and end-users — making every order and handover an example of excellence. Key Duties & Responsibilities TGB Lease Link Administration Manage the TGB Lease Link system from order entry to delivery Ensure SLAs are met and our reliability reputation is protected Customer & Broker Liaison Be the first point of contact for Lease Link customers and brokers Coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections Resolve queries quickly and professionally On-Site Coordination Monitor progress on orders Arrange PDIs and accessory fitting/inspection Support transporters during vehicle arrivals Showroom Handover Experiences Serve as Toyota & Lexus Business Champion Design and deliver memorable handover experiences for fleet, KINTO, and localisation customers Quotation Preparation Prepare accurate, competitive quotations across all sales channels and funding options Short-Term Test Drives Organise and manage short-term test drives Ensure vehicles are immaculate and ready on schedule Administration Handle invoicing, registration approval, payment processing, and compliance tasks Manage ad-hoc administrative duties to keep operations smooth Customer Communications Be the on-site business-hours contact for calls and emails Provide prompt, professional responses to enhance customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For Proven admin experience in the motor-trade or fleet sector Strong organisational skills and a proactive, “get-it-done” approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with CRM/lease-management systems (TGB Lease Link a plus) and MS Office Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities Why Join Us?
