Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday – 36.5 hours per week
(30 minutes unpaid break per day)

We are recruiting a Catering Assistant to work at a corporate site in central Edinburgh, providing cover due to vacancies.
Key responsibilities:
* Assisting with food preparation and service
* Operating tills and serving customers
* Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
* Following food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety standards
* Supporting the catering team during busy service periods
Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK
* DBS check required
* Food Safety Level 2 certificate
* Allergens awareness certificate
* Previous catering or hospitality experience preferred
