Your Role as Cover Supervisor:
* Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* Support students with their learning and encourage participation.
* Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity and support.
* Uphold school policies and promote a respectful, inclusive atmosphere.
What You’ll Need as Cover Supervisor:
* Experience working with young people (in education or other settings).
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* A proactive, flexible attitude and a genuine interest in education.
* Degree or relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential).
