The role involves delivering expert multi-trade services across all sites within scope, enhancing the quality, safety, and functionality of our properties.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Delivering a wide range of essential maintenance tasks, including plumbing, painting, fabric repairs, legionella prevention, gutter clearing, and meter readings.
* Performing installation, testing, servicing, removal, replacement, and repair of equipment as part of both planned preventative and reactive maintenance programmes.
* Providing hands-on support during plant decommissioning, ensuring safe and efficient removal from service in line with operational and compliance standards.
* Taking ownership of all aspects of Fabric and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) maintenance, contributing to the overall reliability, safety, and performance of our built environment.
This role is full time, working 40 hours per week, and is based on site at Minley, Surrey. You will have an on-call rota post 6 months working within the role.
Essential experience for the Multi Trader includes a proven background in property maintenance and facilities management.
Qualifications for the Multi Trader include a full UK driving licence.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
