VoIP Telephony Engineer – Brentwood (Hybrid) – £35,000 - £40,000 + Car Allowance + Pension + Benefits
On offer is an exciting opportunity for an experienced VoIP Telephony Engineer to join a growing telecoms provider at their Brentwood office. The company is a trusted provider of telecoms and IT services, supporting businesses with everything from cloud telephony to structured cabling. With a strong reputation for service and technical expertise, they're continuing to grow - and are looking for someone who can help deliver at the highest standard.
The Role
* Assist with the helpdesk
* Configure and set up systems, routers, and services
* Provide customer support both onsite and remotely
* Work with the team to meet SLAs and project deadlines
The Person
* Background in the telecommunications industry
* Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and cloud telephony
* Good understanding of networking concepts
* Hands-on experience with 8x8 or 3CX (both is a bonus)
* Strong communication skills with the ability to support clients of varying technical levels
