This role would suit a Corporate Solicitor with around 1 year PQE or more, although the level is genuinely flexible for the right individual. Youll be joining a highly regarded team that advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, including M&A, investments, restructurings and general advisory work, acting for an impressive and diverse client base.
