What do you need to be successful?
* A record of success in agency side Technology, Data and Transformation Recruitment
* Experience leading successful sales/recruitment teams
* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
* Experience managing the 360 recruitment processes for Technology, Data and Transformation across contract or permanent employment environments
* The “knack” in building trusted relationships and the ability to network
* Love and passion for your specialist market!
* A “human” approach to recruitment – robots and transactional recruiters need not apply
* Brilliant communication skills – we love meeting and speaking to people to support their career aspirations!
* Competitive (friendly) with a history of achievements – we love people to push themselves out of their comfort zone
