What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver pre-set lessons to secondary pupils (ages 11–16) in the absence of the class teacher
* Supervise work in line with school policies
* Maintain a positive and constructive learning environment
* Respond to pupil questions about lesson content or procedures
* Address any immediate issues or emergencies following school protocols
* Collect completed work and return it to the appropriate teacher
* Report pupil behaviour or incidents in line with agreed school referral procedures
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 months' recent experience in childcare, youth work, sports coaching, tutoring, class presentation, or similar
* Confidence in communicating with pupils aged 11–16
* Strong classroom management skills
* Excellent spoken and written English
* A proactive, supportive, and professional attitude
* Strong interpersonal skills for working with both pupils and staff
